Energy-related updates, programs and services –including Utility Assistance Services– are available to Members of the Illinois Retail Merchants Association (IRMA) regardless of their procurement decisions.

Since its inception, IRMA has gone the extra mile assisting Members with all issues affecting their electric and gas services, helping to navigate and direct Members to the right people, the right resources, and the right information in a timely fashion.

IRMA assists Members in their efforts to access help with billing and service issues, helps Members navigate ‘new construction’ protocols, stays current on energy data tools provided by our utilities, and more. 

Most importantly, we work to ensure Members receive accurate information knowing the wrong information can have costly implications.

Members are also provided information about, and assistance with, Energy Efficiency Programs such as available incentives and rebates, and special programs and opportunities provided through Illinois utility companies; below are links to these programs.
